Do we need keys to get into the pool area in WH?

Ok all you Windsor Hills veterans I need some input on this.
Do we need keys to get into the pools, rec area, etc. If yes, do the owners supply us with that?

You need a key card that you can get at the WH office. There is a small deposit for the key.

It helps keep the community area for the use of registered guests only - the developers learned from their earlier venture at Windsor Palms where people from nearby communities (without the facilities) would just turn up and use them!

Oh ok...I thought security was for that but I can see how people can walk in. Does anyone know what times the WH office is opened. We will be checking in at 4 pm and would like to hit the pool early the next day which is a Sunday.

I believe, but don't quote me, that they are open till 9 or 10pm. It is quite late so you will be able to get your pass keys, there is a $6 refundable deposit for each key.
