Do we know which restaurants before we board?

I am trying to,add my daughter's birthday, but would like to know what nights we will be in which of the restaurants before deciding.

Only when you are issued your Key to the World Card do you know your rotation. You may be able to request one ahead of time, but it isn't guaranteed.

You've already added her birthday, when you complete your cruise documentation and registration. If you're trying to select which day you want to have a special celebration, then you can do that, but they already know her birthday. You can always add it after you board and know your rotation.

I would request the rotation you'd like. I think you'll be able to find out the rotation that you're slated for before the cruise (close to sailing date) and modify then...we've always gotten our rotation requests even though they are just requests.
