We did a trip with:
LTT
Tony's (Pooh characters were there during cp rennovations)
CRT
GG
2 trips to 50's PT
LeCellier
Chef Mickey's (the morning we left - a perfect way to end it)
We did a fireworks cruise, and the boys did the pirate cruise.
It was FANTASTIC!!! Leave your dining alone! It won't take away the magic but will just give you more. You'll have more time with characters and less standing in line to see them. If my kids have character meals, they don't give a rip about standing in line to meet them. Those sit-downs were what we used for breaks from the hustle and bustle of the parks. My kids didn't need to go to the hotel when we did all that dining. Since you have a little girl, 2 princess meals are just fine.
Our money-saving strategy is to eat character b-fasts as late as possible so it's really our lunch. We like CP and GG for lunch. We eat a light b-fast in our room, have the big meal, then all the kids want for supper is a snack. If you're on the dining plan, it doesn't matter, though.
