Do we have to confirm a late check-in?

We will not be arriving until about 8 or 9:00 pm. Do I need to call to confirm a late arrival. I resie will be paid in full before we go.

Go to this link, then to page 2. Click the link under Faxing room requests, follow the instructions and state you est. arrival time. There should be no problem.

With a guaranteed (deposited) reservation, you can check in all the way up until 6:00 AM the following morning.

I would definately have this noted on my reservation, and not just with a faxed request but on my reservation with CRO or WDTC.

whether or not you have to, I don't know, but I think that it is a good idea, and to do it over the phone with CRO or WDTC
