Do we have official word...?

That the only pass that we will be receiving a discount on is the annual pass? I've got to make a decision in the next week or so about our Feb. trip tickets. I know that we used to receive the length of stay, so I just wondered if we might possibly get a discount on the new Magic your Way tickets. Has anyone heard from their guide or MS. My guide is out for the day, so I just thought I would see if anyone else had talked to their guide or MS.

Seems to me that if we were going to get a discount on any other park admission media, it would have been announced already in the Vacation Magic, the Member Clubhouse email newsletter or on the DVC Member website.

Perhaps you could wait until after the MYW tickets are available - just in case. (Not sure what may be pressing you to decide in the next week or so). Hope springs eternal and even though I don't think so, maybe we will get lucky!

Our guide and Guest services have said the only media discount we will recieve is on the AP not the MYW pass now this isn't an official release but I would take it as being one coming from guest services.

Thanks to all that have responded. I figured that would be the answer. I'm thrilled with the AP discount, I just don't think we will be back within the next year to reallly make it worthwhile for this trip.

Carol, my Parents, and my SIL are joining us this trip. I am planning on joining hotwire to order them passes (they only need 5 days), so I need to decide to either order ours, or AP's, or MYW tickets. Decisions, Decisions! Obviously, if I do the Hotwire membership, I need to do it in the next few weeks, since I don't know what they will have to offer at the beginning of next year. I've already told my guests what it will cost them, and I don't want to wait around too long and then not be able to get them those passes. Besides the fact that my family refers to me as "tour guide Barbie" when it comes to all things Disney, my Dad has been asking me since Oct. when I was going to make up my mind about passes! I think he is ready for a vacation! I certainly don't want to lead them astray on the "tour"!!
