Do we have any Disney collectibles experts/appraisers here?

My dh came across a bag of Disney character collectibles, we think they're all from the 70s. He's trying to get a little more info about what we have. We've done some online research, including on ebay, but what we're a little confused. We have two different collections in the bag; one is made of a rubbery, dog toy like material (and squeaks) and the other is sort of plasticy. We've seen pics of the plasticy kind on ebay, but they all seem to have no paint. Ours have paint.

Is there anyone who might be able to help us identify what we have?

Thanks if you can help! :goodvibes

I have a HUGE set of the original small glass sets of different characters that Disney used to sell. I display some and most are put away...some day $$$ I can feel it :rotfl: but Ill likely not part with them..

I would suggest going over to the collector's forum. They may be able to help you better.

I never posted a pic. I don't want to violate any TOS, so I didn't post one. I was afraid the mods would think I was trying to solicit offers or sell the collection or something. I was just hoping someone might say 'Yes, I am very knowledgeable about Disney collections' or something and be able to PM them.

(If a Mod wants to chime in and say it's ok to post a pic of what we found, feel free, I'd love to be able to show them off and get any feedback! :goodvibes)

I'm no expert, but I love Disneyana and have kind of watched prices on the sidelines. Seems like most toys that are valuable date back to the 30s-50s maybe early 60s. Doesn't mean that you can't get a few bucks for what you have. Search on-line for some Disneyana dealers, they could probably help.:earsboy:
