just made candlelight processional ressies and the earliest lunch at biergarten that was available was 145. I hate to rush. Will we have time to leisurely get to the processional and be in line around 4?

You'll have more than enough time. Germany is not that far from where you line up. Just be sure you go to the CP pkg line and not the stand-by line. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think with the dinner pkg, you don't need to be in line until 45 min before the show and can maybe even wait until 30 min???
