Do we get BBB "outtakes" in PhotoPass?

Hi, all! I was just in Disneyland last month, but I'm only now getting around to gathering all my PhotoPass photos together to download them. There are a couple of events that I thought came with PP photos, but maybe they don't, and you can help prevent me from tearing my house apart looking for missing PP cards . . . We are just outside the 30-day window where they can look for lost photos (not that this would stop me from asking for them), so I'm starting to sweat a little.

1) My daughter was able to participate in BBB for the first time, and we got the full Castle package with the photo session. Maybe I'm crazy, I thought the photographer/photographer's assistant told me we not only would get prints, but access to either digital copies of the prints or even all of the "outtakes" taken during the session, and that one of them handed me a card or a postcard with a PP code on it. Was this a fever dream? Do I only just get the 8x10 and 4 4x6 prints?

I actually spotted a PP code at the top of the 8x10 print and entered this number in my PP account, but it only had a certain portion of the outtakes, not all of them, and it had the watermark on it (i.e., didn't seem to be included in my one-week PP).

2) I also got an attraction photo from Radiator Springs Racers. (I had a voucher from Costco and 0 days left, so I just used it so as not to lose a benefit.) I got the prints in a folder, but no PP code. I *thought* we also got a digital copy, but I must have been thinking of WDW's PP.

Many thanks in advance for the peace of mind! (And now back to trying to find my son's Jedi Training Academy PP card, which I *know* I lost . . . :-( )

I don't know the about BBB or RSR, but in the future, you might download the app and scan each Photopass card right away (or just keep using the same one), so you can't lose them!

Good luck with your photo tracking.

This is a good suggestion. I did have the app, but found it unwieldy to switch it from "map mode" to "PhotoPass mode," especially in the chaos of handling kids, bags, autograph books and pens, etc. In retrospect, I should have done more research on how the new PhotoPass system worked in conjunction with the app, and had a pre- and post-session routine.

It also turned out that I was having problems with my Disneyland login that was causing problems in the app with my photos, but that's an entirely different issue that would take much too long to explain. It's another reason why it has taken me so long to get my PP photos together.

Can anyone help on the BBB question? I would like to stop feeling like I am missing a huge chunk of photos that I'm entitled to (or get them back, if I am entitled to them!).

I would have thought for sure someone would know the answer to the attraction photo question. If we get the prints at the attraction, do we also get the digital version?

You can call directly for Photopass assistance - they helped me find missing batches of photos from both DW and DL, and they probably know the answers to your questions (and whether it's even possible to get to those photos at this point). Even if someone here tells you, "yeah, I got those photos" or something, you're going to have to call anyway...
