Do Water Parks Count As Park Hopper Days?

I am staying at Disney for 10 days, but only purchased a 7 day park hopper pass. We have 2 days were we are only going to a water park and no theme parks. I thought that water parks didnt count as park hopper days. Yesterday, my aunt told me she thought that they infact do count as park hopper days, which is not good because we have 7 days already planned in theme parks, which would = 9 park hopper days! Does anyone know for sure about this? (Please tell me this isn't so! )

No they do not, thats what the Water Parks and More option is for. If you add that to your ticket, you will get "plus"es added to your ticket. and thoes "plus"es are seprate from your Park days....

your aunt is wrong. if you're buying the 7-day magic your way with "water parks & more", you get 7 days admission to theme parks AND 6 admissions to water parks or disney quest or pleasure island. so you could do something every day for 13 days. they all have to be used within 14 days unless you are getting the no expiration option.
