In the rooms, apparently not in the public areas.

All WDW Deluxe & Deluxe Villa (DVC) Resorts have in-room WiFi which is free but unsecure. Reportedly, the free WiFi will be (if it hasn't already) rolled out to common areas around the resorts. There has also been a report of free WiFi at one of the Moderate Resorts.

Be sure to check with the front desk if you go to it for any reason through out your trip last time wee got charged it took a half hour to get it figured out before we left just make sure they aren't charging you. So you aren't dealing with out at the end of a trip

I had free wi-fi at the Kidani pool back in June. We just got back from OKW and had free wi-fi in rooms and at pools/playground/community hall areas. I think the free wi-fi has been rolled out almost completely at the WDW DVC locations. Enjoy and have a great trip!

This will only apply if using the wired in-room internet. With the WiFi, they would have no way of knowing what room you are in to bill for the service.

Just got back from a NYE trip and had wifi service in our Kidani 2bdrm. It was pretty pitiful - the signal was very poor. Luckily we brought our router and just plugged it in. We had great connectivity. Good luck!
