Hello!
The past several trips I have always wanted to try Ohanas. It has never worked out for us, but I think in August we will be able to enjoy dinner there! We will have a vegetarian with us -- what will they be able to eat? It seems like it is a meat-lovers paradise!!

Yep, I agree with the PP.
This is no place for a vegetarian, sorry.
The only thing that *might* be veg, would be the noodles & the broccoli....But, they may cook in chicken broth, you know?? Everything else is meat.

'Ohana is definitely a meat lover's paradise, but they're also very good at accomodating other diets. I've been twice with my cousin who is vegan, and they made gorgeous plates for her both times. If they do make a vegetarian dinner, it won't be all you can eat, obviously, but it should still be a great meal. I would definitely put on the reservation that you have a vegetarian and possibly call the restaurant in advance also.

They do have a vegetarian meal.

They used to have the possibility of a *great* vegetarian meal depending on the day, but the Chef (TJ) that made that possible has now moved on to 1900 Park Fare.

For the record, while I agree that Chef TJ was excellent, the chef at 'Ohana went totally out of his way and made an amazing meal for my cousin who is 9 and has multiple allergies. It nearly made my aunt cry to see him so happy and like he wasn't missing out on something for once. In fact, we've never run across a chef who has been less than accomodating. I just don't think it's fair to say you won't get an awesome special meal at 'Ohana now that TJ is gone.
