Do vacation planners still exist????

A couple years ago I used vacation planning to reserve Fantasmic reserved seating for me. I just provided them my pmt. info and they purchased it for me at the 30 day mark. It was a benefit of staying onsite at the Grand. No one I speak to seems to know what I'm talkng about. Has anyone done this recently? Have a #?

Vacation Planning does indeed still exist, and is available to all guests staying at one of the three Disney Property Hotels---not just the GCH.

We use them almost every time we visit the Resort, but haven't used them to reserve Fantasmic! Dessert Seating.

The number is: 1(714)300-7526, 8am to 6pm M-F, and 8am to 5pm on Sat. and Sun. The email address is: vacationplanning@disneyonline.com

Yes! What Cheshirecatty said! We use them often, and find it very convenient. They book our Holiday Tours, which is nice because you don't have to sit next to the phone at the time they go on sale to make sure you get a spot.

We have use VP many times and it has worked well for us. They have booked "F" and tours, not only dining. We have used a lady by the name of lauren.flicker@disney.com. Very professional and no let down yet. They will also send a itinerary once everything is booked.
