Do Universal Tickets qualify for Orbitz cash back on Ebates?

Ebates is having their 20% cashback bonus today on Orbitz. People have received rebates on the purchase of WDW tickets through Orbitz, I was trying to figure out if it works for Universal tickets as well. Anyone purchased their Universal tickets through Orbitz for the cash back via Ebates?

Yes they do, but be careful as the tickets have date restrictions on them. In the information, it states they must be used by May 22, 2014. I was looking to get some for our trip but it is not until November. Hopefully it will come along again before we go.

Gah! Use by May 22 was fine by me, but First Use has to be by May 9 - we're arriving May 10! Oh well.

You will still be able to use these tickets. It's just if you want the full 14 days to use them before they expire that you would have to use them on or before 5/9/14.

OH. I thought that meant they had to be activated by May 9th in order to be valid.

you can also put in a later date and get tickets that are not the buy 2 get third day free that can be used after May 22.

I purchased our tickets yesterday for our upcoming Spring Break trip. So I now have a voucher from Orbitz. Do I have to first go to the park entrance to redeem the tickets then go back to the hotel to print out the express pass?

You can print out the Express passes at the hotel before going to the park. EPs have nothing to do with your tickets and are totally separate.

OP did you read the fine print on the 20% back offer? it was one of those 'up to 20%', different % on hotels, cars, etc.

That said, waiting for my big fat check from Xmas, I am a fan and have had quick credit when using the site for priceline.

I don't see any restrictions on my voucher?? We are going in Oct and it has the valid dates for Oct (don't see anything about using before May) am I missing something????

Update...I just spoke with someone at Orbitz and they said the valid dates that appear on your voucher is what you go by! In my case...my valid dates is the first week in Oct.,

Same for us. We ordered them yesterday and have the pending credit for 20%. Since we are going spring break we were able to buy the B2G1F deal too!

Does anyone know for sure if these tickets can be upgraded to annual passes? Looks like I can save about $120 on four if I buy these, then upgrade to the annual passes at the park. Thanks in advance for the help.
