Do You Have 2 Have your hotel booked to start making ADR at the WDW Resturaunts??

Nope. Anyone can make ADRs. If you are staying onsite, you can make them for 180 days + 10, but if you know you are definitely staying onsite, you can just tell them that you are but not sure which hotel and they'll take them anyway. I just did that with my November ADRs because we won a trip and we weren't sure which hotel Disney was giving us.
