Does anyone know if CMs and TAs see the same room availabiity as whats online? We're having to push our trip back by a week at the last minute, and all that's showing as available is a suite at Coronado Springs for over $800 a night, which, just no.

I'm guessing the answer is yes, but figured I'd ask anyways.

CRO, the phone CMs see what you see online. Some travel agencies used to have blocks of rooms to book at exclusive rates, but I haven’t seen any this year. So I assume they woild see what you see. Make sure you are checking rack rates. Sometimes the website defaults to the current discount promo, which can make it look like there’s nothing available. And sometimes moving your check in by 1 day can show more availability. Or try looking for a spit stay.

That's what I figured. We're already doing a split stay, since we have a DVC stay for the first 5 nights, and I'd rather not have to move more than once.
I'll double check that it's showing rack rates, since I think it might not be. Thanks.
