I'm 35 days out from WDW, everything is booked and we're all super excited. We currently have a H&V reservation our last day there (2/7) at 9:30am. However, we're spending the day before that at HS due to our Fantasmic Mama Melrose reservations. I'd love to be able to move the H&V breakfast to that day, but my daily stalking hasn't been successful. I know some people horde ADR's until the last minute, so is there a chance I'll see more ADR's become available as I get closer? I'm desperate for H&V on 2/6!

I would keep stalking... I've had good luck getting hard to get reservations just by being persistent. Sometimes things will open up the night before so don't stop trying...

On our last trip I scored the Crystal Palace 45 minutes prior to park opening the night before-- A very hard reservation to get.

Good luck!

Persistence! Keep checking online multiple times a day to see if a cancellation comes up. With the $10 no show per person penalty most will cancel when their plans change. You can continue checking even after arriving at DW.

You can also subscribe to the February cancellation thread, but be sure to read the rules in post #1:

Thanks all!I'm most definitely going to be persistent and keep looking! I am subscribed to Feb cancellations, a lot lately have been for a lot later in the month, but I do keep an eye out!

They do! I have been stalking MDE for two months for a pre-park opening CP breakfast and I just now lucked out. Last October I tried daily to get BOG dinner with no luck and called the morning of our last day and got a 6:00 dinner res.

On our trip a few weeks ago, I noticed that there seemed to be decent availability for places pop up the night before. Like I saw several Chef Mickey's pop up for the next day, etc. With a breakfast, I'd think that you'd see cancellations the night before, with people deciding they're too tired to get up early...

Just keep stalking. I can usually get what I want eventually that way, and people do make extra reservations and then cancel when it gets closer as their plans become finalized.

Another strategy is to look for a larger party size if it is available, and then call and cancel the extra people later, or just show up with less people. This one is kind of a moral grey area though if you feel comfortable doing that or not. I don't think I would. But I guess it depends on how deseperate you are.
