Do they turn off water when cold?

Since it's hard to get through US/IOA w/o getting wet or soaked, I wondered (as someone going in December):
Do they ever turn the water squirters OFF? How cold does it have to be? I can't imagine walking around wet even in 60 degree weather.

One December we were there and it was cool and I do remember the water effects were lessened on a few things!

When we were there in October they usually have the water off or toned down in the morning. They also do the same thing in the late afternoon, MUCH to my dd dismay. She thought she was going to get me good on 1f2f.
