Yes, they do although one time I had to call the restaurant directly to make the reservation...an especially large convention was going on. EVery other time I just called WDW Dine.

Yes - we just made an ADR for a breakfast in August (don't know if I really needed to, but it is during free dining, so better safe than sorry).

Remember to bring your AAA card if you have one. You will get 20% off your bill.
