Do they still send the luggage tags before you leave?

We're leaving in about 2.5 weeks. I have the magic bands, but last time I remember getting special luggage tags for Magical Express before we left too and I haven't gotten any. Do they still do that?

Call the Magical Express number as soon as possible. You should have had your luggage tags by now. There is still time to mail them to you so I would definitely call them today.

Thanks, all! I called this morning because I absolutely couldn't remember if I had gotten signed up or not. And sure enough, I had never gotten them my flight info. So, I talked to a nice gentleman today who got it squared away and said that they should get it out in tomorrow's mail, so hopefully I'll get them before we leave!

If you do online check in you will be able to see if you remembered to schedule Magical Express for your resort arrival. Just go to the details page and it is listed there.

If the tags don't arrive don't panic. You can just give the airport bag claim tags to the DME agent and they will get the bags just fine.

We did that on our first trip and our bags made it without issue.

I already did that and somehow didn't see that it wasn't listed. Oh, well. Live and learn, right?

I did the same thing. Luckily I had ten days to spare and they got the luggage tags to me in time.

The yellow tags (like the white ones that the airline uses) should arrive separately. What was probably in your MB box was the souvenir luggage tags that come with package reservations. Those are just for fun and will not get your luggage delivered by DME.

Be on the lookout for a separate mailing and make sure to use those tags if you want your luggage delivered by DME.
