I heard there was a place that you could get drinks from in Epcot, free sodas, It was sponsored by Coke or Pepsi and featured all the drinks they make from around the world. Is this still there? If so where is it?

Yes, it's still there, next to Innoventions in Future World, and is sponsored by Coke. There were only 6 different ones to try when we went in October; I was a little disappointed there weren't more, but it sure was fun watching DD5 taste the Italian one, Beverly for the first time! :rotfl2: YUK!

Ahh the former Ice Station Cool now known as Club Cool! A CM gave me a hint about Beverly. It's a drink that you're suppose to swish in your mouth then spit out. We silly Americans ;)

It's new and "improved", but the old version didn't seem to run out of drinks like the new one does. When we were there in April and then again in August there were many drinks (the syrups) empty. I missed my smart watermelon :(

I much prefered Ice Station Cool. Such a nice blast of cold air on a hot day. The floor is just as sticky though and you're right - they didn't seem to run out of the sodas as often as Club Cool does.

Can anyone remember when it used to have the ice in there it was like sleet/snow coming down and it was freezing. I loved it.

I also liked it better.

Yes I loved that too! I loved the surprise dump of snow....some poor unsuspecting slob would get snowed....one of them my DH...a shirt full of it! Too funny

When we were there in Sept there was only 3 sodas available, and 1 of them Beverly. I had no idea the Beverly is intended as a swish and spit....it that a joke???

The worlds only ear wax flavored soda

It tastes just like a Bertie Botts ear wax jelly bean

Nothing was better than walking into Ice Station Cool in the middle of July or August heat and getting hit with that snow.

Now, I think we all appreciate the free soda, but Club Cool just isn't Ice Station. It was a change for the worse.

So club cool doesn't snow? My DF will be soo disappointed, he was looking forward to that on hot days in July :sad2:

I have a feeling that Disney was worried about the possibility of injuries with people slipping before. With all the other injuries they have, it was easier to get rid of the first part and remake to keep the drinks.
