Do they still accept Future Rider papers

Last time DS5 went to WDW he was 3. He was not tall enough to ride the mountain rides so a CM at each ride gave him a paper/certificate stating that he is in the Fraternity of Future Splash Mountaineers, etc. He still has those papers and is hoping to use them this Friday. Does anyone know if they still accept them?

Not sure if they still do, but we took those certificates back for the 2 frontierland mountains for my son on our Feb trip 2004. We spoke with the the cast member at the ride entrance and showed her the certificate. You should be able to trade it in for a current time fastpass from the cast member. Not all cast members are aware of this and we ran into an older gentlemen who ws a bit belligerent about giving us a fastpass. We confirmed with Guest Services as we exited the park to make sure that that was the correct policy and it was..at that time. Good luck!!

They will accept them and will probably do so with a laugh or a smile. In all the years I have worked at Height restricted attraction I can't say I ever had anyone truley bring one back... Good for you for hanging onto it

We can't find the one that was given to us for my daughter and boy have I heard about it since then! Many, many times! The CM was so nice. My daugther was in tears when she went up to that sign and it just barely missed her head. The worst part was that my son was able to go on SM and she was not. But that certifcate really made her day and of course I can't find it!

Terry, that is exactly what happened to us. My older DS was able to go on the rides but my younger just barely missed the cut off. He was crying, I felt like the mother of the year.

I normally would not have even thought to bring the certificates but my little one has not forgotten. He knew exactly where he put them in his closet and gave them to me to put in our file for this trip. So, I really don't have a choice.
