Do they mail tickets out?

We are traveling to DLR in November, staying on-site for the first time. We got confirmation documents in the mail this week, but not tickets or any information about our airport shuttle (other than saying that we'd paid for both tickets and shuttle). Do they send out more information latter? Do they mail the tickets out?

Who did you book through?

Most travel agents, including The Walt Disney Travel Company do send paperwork, though more and more of it is by e-mail.

I would contact the company directly and ask them.

We booked through Costco for a trip that starts on the 25th of this month. Just yesterday I got a package from The Walt Disney Travel Company with all the documents, including the tickets. Maybe you will get another round once you are closer? I was starting to wonder if we were going to get anything physical at all!

Booked through Disney directly. I thought it was odd that the confirmation documents didn't seem to say anything about follow-up documentation coming later. (But I will admit I didn't read every word printed on the back in very small font and three columns.)

FYI, the COSTCO package is handled by The Walt Disney Travel Company (Same with AAA and GetAwayToday packages, and many other travel agents/groups).

But if you are worried, just call them, you paid them for the package, so find out from the source. Maybe check to see if they will be sending a package that needs a signature, and how you would like to deal with that. (Such as having it sent to work instead, where someone will be available to sign for them.

I got my package last week. It had our "tickets" which are plastic cards and luggage tags. It also came with some paperwork too. I think the paperwork you got is just confirming payment and they ship out everything else after the cancellation period is up (30 days prior I think?). I was confused though as it mentioned pin and lanyard on our list but that was not in the box. We had no idea to expect the package either so it came UPS to our house. Either it was left at door or my land lady signed for it.

We haven't bought a package for a while, but when we did and stayed on site they handed us a packet at check in that contained all of the tickets etc. but you might would need something for the shuttle. As others have said, probably once you are within the 30 day window they will show up. Also, I think you have to pick up the lanyard and pins at a location once you are there. Have a great trip.

You will get your travel documents, vouchers, tix 2 - 3 weeks before your departure date.
