Do they have refillable mugs at the Boardwalk?

We are going to be staying at BWV next month and I was unsure if the mugs are sold there. If so...where do you get refills? I live with a family of pop addicts and this will make sense for our budget.

You buy the mugs at the Bakery and you can get them filled at the Bakery, Pizza window (I think), Luna pool bar, Bellevue room and the little coffee stand on the Boardwalk(not sure of the name). Have fun!
