Do they do private parties at WDW?

I went to a business conference at WDW, and they closed PI for us for a few hours. I've done two of these at Universal (both FL and CA), and it's the best way to see these parks! This year I have one at California Adventure, which is pretty exciting.

I was just wondering if they have these parties at any of the major WDW parks.............and if they do, I just might have to find myself a conference or convention that offers it!

Yes, they sure do, in fact they are doing that tonight at MGM.

I think MGM must be park the do this in. On our trip 2 yrs. ago they closed MGM for the cheerleaders & basketball players. They had rented the park from 8pm til midnight.
 We were bummed because we just finished dinner and wanted to walk and see Osborne Lights and they wouldn't let us.
I've seen them before but, my sister & niece hadn't.

Each year, I used to attend an event at WDW that ended in a big party in part of Epcot's Future World. They shortened park hours for the Land/Living Seas/Journey side of the park, closing them about 4 pm to set up for the party beginning at 6 pm. We'd have lots and lots of food, there were probably about half a dozen DJs playing different types of music, fireworks, and access to all of the attractions as well as Test Track.

It was neat, alas, it's no more.

I am kind of bummed that I did not plan better. TJ is one of my favorite DJ's. Saw him once at PI.
