Do they charge you for not showing up?

On the site I see "A cancellation charge may be incurred if reservations are not canceled at least 48 hours in advance. " Is that true? I didn't enter a credit card. I plan on hitting all the ADRs that we book, but I'm worried about someone getting hungry and deciding to do a TS faster/earlier or if we get stuck somewhere and can't transport over to the restaurant.

No, most of the resturants do not have a "no show" penalty. There are exceptions, such as CRT and the dining shows (e.g., HDDR), but a general rule of thumb is that if the resturant does not require a credit card at the time of booking there is no financial penalty for not showing up.

the only other place i know of that does do the penalty is Ahkersus in Epcot, and you must put a credit card on hold for your ressie there of course.

Please if you do change your mind and are able to call wdw dine and cancel your resrvation before hand.. even a 1 hr before it can help others to be sat down in your place.
