Do the ticket counters open earlier than the park?

Hi All,

I have purchased the Dreams Unlimited Park + Transportation tickets for my trip in 1 month. I know it states that when you get to the park, you can go to the electronic ticket counter, swipe credit card used to purchase and print out the tickets. Unfortunately, the credit card I used to purchase my tickets was stolen (and i was re-issed a new card with a new number). So, now, the credit card will obviously not work when I go to swipe. I called and was told i can use the regular ticket counters to get my tickets (using my ID and my confirmation #).

Does anyone know if the ticket counters open earlier than the park opens? I bought the tickets before hand because i didnt want to have to wait on line to purchase tickets, but it seems i will have to do that now anyway. I really don't want to be waiting in line at 9am to get my tickets when i could be inside having fun!

any help is appreciated.

thanks!!!

Yes, there is a ticket booth open for early admission at IOA which is a whole hour before the park opens for general admission. You would also be able to go to guest services which is also open.

One little thing to check...in the past, some people with the Dreams Unlimited tickets were able to get into the park early with the early admission people. No harm in trying to see if your ticket will allow it. There will be TMs around (before the turnstiles) and you could ask them if your ticket has the early admission code on it. Make sure you get to the park early to handle any issues that may arise.
