Do the talking trash cans still exist?

I guess more $$$ cuts.

Actually it wasn't a budget cut sadly. Disney wanted to own the rights and have more control if I recall but the contracted company wouldn't budge. Disney let them walk.

Luckily we experienced Push 3 times. Loved him! We did see the operator the last time...30ish year old with a bookbag and a baseball cap on his head. Mixed into the crowd very well!

Push had a following, too. With their own distinct apparel. They all seemed to wear sunglasses, baseball hats, backpacks, and hip packs. For some odd reason, they also would talk to themselves. You'd see at least one of them every time you ran into Push, so they had to be fans of his. Same goes for Wes.

Where is this? I remember Push from many years ago, and would love to have my DD meet one of his relatives... Thanks!

Electric Umbrella is a counter service restaurant in Epcot Future World in Innoventions East at the center walkway
that heads to Mission Space and Test Track.

But, before you get your expectations set too high, just know...
The trashcans there are just regular trashcans.
They are sitting next to the condiments bars.

All that happens is... when you put trash in certain of the cans...
There will be a recorded voice that says, "Thank you."
(Or something similar.)
It is in no way interactive or, really, much to make a trip for.

Lol!! How anticlimactic. Thank you for the detailed description and the heads up. I can only picture the look on my husband's face if I made us take a special trip there....
:smooth:
