Do the stores inside the resorts sell alcohol, or will you have to purchase such at their bar?

Yes the stores do sell alcahol.

Yes even the values…it’s bit pricey so a grocery stop can cut that cost…

They sell a variety of alcohol that is cheaper than buying it per drink at the bar but more expensive than at the grocery store.

Walmart is always an option to consider., especially if you have Walmart+

I had been planning to have water and beer delivered from them but my plans changed

They pretty much deliver same day and its going to be cheaper than Disney - the drawback is you have to be there to meet them and get it, but its usually like a 1 hour window.
