Do the resort hotels have sales in the fall?

You know how every summer ( at least I believe every summer) the resort hotels have a 30% off sale? Do the same sales ever go on in October? I'm hopefully attending my first Oogie Boogie Bash this October and would LOVE to stay at the Disneyland or Grand Californian hotel, but only if there's a good sale. I already have reservations at Park Vue Inn (assuming I'm able to get tickets for my ideal date, free cancelation if not).

Only late October will have a sale. Usually the last week of September and the first three weeks of October have no sale at all.

October is one of the most popular times to visit DL, so not likely there will be discounts, but you never know. Hope you get your OBB tickets!

@Disneyland1084 I'm trying to keep track of your different threads. Are you planning two trips at once? One in October 2025 and another in December 2026? I wonder if it might be better to start one thread about your trip planning and add any new questions there. That way you aren't getting repeat advice.

Personally I like different threads for different topics. Makes it easier for others looking for similar advice.

Hi LKing. I'm planning to attend my first Oogie Boogie Bash (but have been to DL many times) next October on Halloween Day. I'll have backup dates in case that day is unavailable. I asked about discounts for resort hotels at that time, but that will unlikely be a reality since I'll need 2 rooms. I'm "planning" to do a trip there in August 2026, and noticed with resort discounts, some of the package prices come VERY close to the cost of staying across the street. I have reservations at a Good Neighbor hotel for the first week of this August, but I'm 85% sure I'll be canceling since the plan is to do OBB instead. Oh heck, I've started SO many threads even I'm confused.

I think the part that confused me was asking about Knotts Scary Farm in October and Knotts Merry Farm in December. When I saw the second thread, I thought you moved your October trip to December then I saw mention of 2026.

If it tracks 2024, it will be 15% Sunday - Thursday; 20% for key holders; and 25% for visa card.
