Do the parks reach capacity over Thanksgiving?

I know the parks sometimes reach capacity over Christmas. What about over Thanksgiving? When they do, I know they let in people staying on property and do not allow people staying off property. Are the Swan and Dolphin guests included in those staying on Disney property? I know they get most of the same perks, except charging to their room or Magical Express, but wasn't sure if they are considered as staying on property when it comes to this. Anyone know? Tx!

The Swan and Dolphin are consider "on-site" for most perks. See http://www.mouseplanet.com/dtp/wdwguide/4_Accommodations/onsite_nonDisney.htm

When they "shut-down" the parks, I believe they turn away people before the parking lot. Disney transportation still runs and I've never heard of the Swan and Dolphin being treated any differently in such a case -- but I don't think you'll have to worry about that.
