Do the Kids Need Photo ID's?

Just wondering what kind of Id's my kids have to have to fly? 2DDs one 9 one 6. Would school id's work(i'd have to hunt for them). Also my DD is a big 9 year old should i have other id to prove her age (she really is 9 bd in july). We are leaving in 12 days!!!

For a 9 and a 6 year old you'll be fine with nothing. No ID required for kids, especially that young.

That being said, my travel induced OCD always kicks in, and I generally take along a copy of DS (8YO) birth certificate, just in case.

My DS6 takes his head start picture id with him even though it's not necessary. It makes him feel big when he shows it to the screeners. They usually look at it as serious as they do my bad picture id.
