Do the Buffets vary from place to place?

We are doing a LOT of buffets for our 8 days because we are interested in character dining, and not awesome food. We aren't super early risers and wont rope drop, so I was hesitant to schedule breakfast buffets since it would be prime time low crowd ride lines.We have 5 lunch/dinner buffets and I'm wondering if we will be stuck with the same food at every one?

Minnie Holiday Dinner
Crystal Palace lunch
1900 PF Dinner
Tusker House Breakfast
Akershus Dinner(is this a buffet?)
HOllywood and Vine Lunch
BOG dinner(not buffet)
Is there variety for the lunch dinner buffets listed above? The menu descriptions are rather vague...

Definitely not. Each buffet has a different variety of items to choose. Some of the childrens' items can be a bit similar (ie. chicken nuggets, mac n cheese, pizza but they can even vary).

You will see some standard food items on every buffet, but they all will offer something different.

Akershus at dinner has buffet style appetizers/salads but you order your entree from a menu. I believe dessert is served family style for the table.

They vary quite a bit. If you go to allears.net, the menus are listed and you can get an idea of what most offer.

We ate at Biergarten, Boma, Crystal Palace (breakfast), H&V, and Akershus (plated meal with a cod buffet) and they were all very different.

This is good to know! I was wondering about this, but was hesitant to try, because we don't care for buffets.
