Do taxi's hold 9 people?

We are a family of 4, but this time we are traveling with 9, we usually
just grab our luggage and head outside to grab a taxi, but now we
have 5 more people, do they have taxi's this big, to hold 9?

I understand that there are some vans that taxi companies use. I don't know how easy it is to get one outside the airport.
If you are staying at a Disney resort you can use the Magical Express service to and from the airport for free.

The "vans" I"ve seen are minivans that hold seven including the driver.

My advice is to contact one of the car service companies and book either a ten passenger van or a limo in advance. I like Lorden Transportation. Jimmy of Golden Limo has merged with them. Their number is 866-883-1174, and you can request Jim as a driver.

I"d rather have a vehicle large enough to accomodate my party there waiting rather than have to wait around for what could be half and hour or longer for a taxi company to scrape up a large enough vehicle. Also Lorden will make a grocery stop so you can pick up snacks and bottled water--any taxi will leave the meter running for that type of service.

My nephew and I needed to take a taxi from MCO to Amerisuites. We ended up in a 12 passenger taxi van. Worst taxi experience I've ever had. Might be because it was 1:30am but since we didn't get to the correct hotel until 3am I will never use taxis from the airport again!! Sunray Transportation also has vans - for the same prices as towncars, and I'll definitely be using them for every trip, no matter the time!!

Ok seriously I would go to allearsnet.com and look for a rental company OH wait go to the bottom of the trans board and get a quote from the board sponsor. I think if I was not going to use ME with that many people I would get the car service not take a Taxi.

Dont forget you have to get back to the airport with those same people so how much would the taxi cost both ways? The same for the car service.

Happy Limo, the cost round trip is $120.00, I think a pretty
good deal, I have used them before and have always been
pleased.
