Do strollers at WDW recline?

We're going in feb 2003 and are wondering if the strollers rented at WDW recline. We have a 2 yr. old that might want to lie flat for nap from time to time.

They don't recline, they are the jogging stroller type but made of plastic.

I believe they are the same type of plastic as the Lil Tykes toys. They don't move.

No, they don't recline. They're plastic jogging strollers - actually very nice to push. I'd be sure to take something soft to put under your 2YO, so that he/she can nap. If I remember correctly, there is enough room that a 2YO could really lie down. We took our own stroller for our 2YO, but rented strollers for our 5YO on two of the days and she was very comfortable. At times, I think my 8YO even climbed in with her - it was a tight fit, but it worked.
