My sister and I just decided to go to Disney in the first week of Dec.
So we didn't get the Cinderella dinner booked at the 1900 park fare.

Does anyone know if they save a couple seats for walk ins? Or can we just show up at dinner time, and see if they have a spot for us. Im fine with waiting. But I would like to know if it is even an option. I don't want to get there and be turned away at the door right away.

THanks in advance

They don't. If you HAVE to eat there, get an ADR.

We were there two weeks ago, and even with the slow attendance, restaurants were packed (free dining, which might affect you also.)

If there is ANYTHING you really want to go to, call NOW. Otherwise, you might waste a lot of time out of your schedule waiting two hours to be seated, and some places will not even guarentee that you will EVER be seated.

You could call each morning and as Disney Dining what's available that day, but might find your selections limited, but it works for some people.

That said, hope you have A GREAT TRIP! :wizard:

Get online and check a few times a day. People do cancel. The chances of you walking up to 1900 Park Fare for dinner and getting in, especially during a free dining time, are VERY slim. Our last trip in early May, a time when the parks weren't crowded, we got there 30 minutes early for our ADR and did not get seated until almost an hour after our ADR time.

In my opinion it dont's matter where on when or what time in Disney you need ADR. I would call or go on line now.

They allow walkups, but only if they're not fully booked. No tables are saved for walkups. If they have no tables open, you wouldn't be allowed to wait, they'll just turn you away.

The bad news is, character meals like 1900PF are usually fully booked months in advance. The good news is, people do cancel. Keep calling, even after you arrive at WDW. Even the same day you want to dine. I think that's a better bet than just showing up at a random time and hoping they have an open table.

Good luck! :goodvibes

If you really want to eat there- and I do recommend it if you are a Cinderella fan- the interaction with the characters is great there, then go on line and be very flexible and check every hour of every day that you are at WDW.

I booked a 7:15 ADR for 1900 PF for Nov. 13 just yesterday. There is probably something available for the week you are there, it just wont be an ideal dinner time. (Although I'm superhappy with the 7:15 ADR because we don't have to use any park time for dinner that way).

Disney restaurants don't save seats for walk-ins. If it's booked up with reservations, that's it. You'd need to hope someone cancels, or doesn't show up for their reservation.

We have been to 1900 PF in the past and just did a walk up with no problem. One time we only waited 10 mins while others that were there before us were still waiting. It all depends on how busy they are but it doesnt hurt to check if you dont get an ADR. Good Luck!
