Do restaurants close early??

The parks close early while I am there in sept, does this mean all the restaurants close early too??

Park restraurants are dictated by the Park hours. While some close much earlier than the park, others close at the same time as the Park (i.e., Hollywood & Vine tends to close at least one hour before MGM closes, while often the 50s PT closes at the same time as the park). Resort ones stay open generally the same hours most of the time.
