Do reservations usually open up at 60 day mark?

My 60 day mark is this Saturday and I am getting ready to make my fast passes. I have 2 questions.

1) Do restaurant reservations tend to open up at this time due to people making fastpass selections? (there is one ressie I haven't scored yet.)

2) If Sat. the 25th is my 60 day mark, do I need to be online Friday at midnight?

1- Very possible, although I tend to schedule my FP around my ADR, guessing others might as well.
2-Yes you want to be on Friday at midnight. Go for the most important FP first, and it's good to start at the end of your trip for the best options, especially if you are wanting A&E

For the dining I wold keep checking daily, people who will be canceling may be doing so around the 45 day mark.
