Do pins exclude some weeks ...first week of NOV.

I read on another thread that someone was unable to use their 40% off code during the first week of November. The poster implied that it was because it was jersey week. We are hoping to use a Disney Visa Code for that week when they are released. I was wondering if anyone had trouble using a code or pin during that time. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure, it will say on the postcard if you got one or if there is a special going on it will tell you. Disney offers deals at certain dates never know when they will. I am sure other will be able to help you out more. Could be also it wasn't any room left on pin code??
