do people decorate cabins?

We stayed in a cabin last year, and loved seeing all the decorated campsites (we were there over Easter). This year we're going in December and staying in a cabin again. Do people decorate the outside of the cabins? Anyone have photos that would give us some ideas?

We used to decorate our cabin. (We just bought a tt, so now we'll be decorating our campsite) For example, last year we were at DW during the premier of HSM2. (A big deal for our 4 kids!) We went to a party store at home and bought EVERYTHING they had related to HSM. The kids loved watching people stop to look at our cabin. What we didn't use on the cabin, we used on the golf cart!

Hi,

Back when I stayed in a cabin before we bought our 5th wheel we did indeed decorate. Actually we did all three of the cabins that we rented for our Family Christmas vacation. I'd say if you can bring the stuff then definitly decoarte with it. Their are lots of folks that stay in a cabin that don't have the room (maybe becuase they are flying etc) that aren't able to decorate, so their may not be as many folks that do this in the cabin area as those in the campground area. But, I am sure the decorations in the cabin area are no less appreciated.

We are planning to drive this time, so that's why I was thinking we could bring things with us. Anyone know if there is an outdoor plug at the cabins, if we wanted to plug in Christmas lights?

Yeah...theres a couple of out door plugs. One in front for the golf cart, and one (maybe 2, 1 by each door)on the deck
