I just wonder what would they do? I'm staying in SL again, I still think it's not worth the money. Ok, we had bad experience with SL... :( Pixie dust would be great :rotfl:

we got stuck in the snow of 2010, and I wrote to Disney about the rides being closed early, and we paid peak prices. I understand that the weather was out of their control, however I felt Disney should have provided something for us considering we paid the higher prices and got less services.They asked me to write to them if we were going again.
We did, myself and DH went in Jan this yr for our 10th wedding ann without the kids. We stayed in NYH.
They had balloons in our room wishing us a happy anniversary, champagne, chocolates and an eeyore mug filled with sweets. It was amazing

Update. After writing them an email, I got a reply, telling me they've contacted SF manager and they are looking forward to our visit to make it a pleasant stay. We'll see :rotfl:
