On my highs and lows and on my TR of our last trip I stated how much disappointment SL was. And I intended to write a complain to DLP. So I did. I got a reply saying how sorry they are and how they value my feedback. And they regret to tell that I wrote them outside the period they could have done something, but "... Taking into account your disappointment, although I am unable to look into your concerns due to the delay in bringing them to our attention, I would like to ask that you contact me should you decide to return to stay at one of the Disneyland Paris hotels in the future. Once you have made a reservation, I ask that you contact me on any of the addresses below with your reservation number and the reference at the top of this email: ...".

So, I made a booking. Should I write them?
 

I just wonder what would they do? I'm staying in SL again, I still think it's not worth the money. Ok, we had bad experience with SL... :( Pixie dust would be great :rotfl:

Golden Forest up grade, view of the lake from your window, VIP breakfast passes, a small gift for the little ones. Who knows that Tinkerbell may bring.

Then again you might just get a bottle of water and some coins... But there is nothing to loose in letting them know your returning.

just noticed the mistake I made. I meant to write I'm not staying in SL again. We're staying in SF this time.
 
I would definitely send that email. Hope this next trip will make up for it.
 
We got the same email after our disastor with the birthday package in SL in May. We are staying Castle Club in DLH in october so really dont see that there is anything they could do to add pixie dust to that, but I will email them just to see if they do anything.

The line in my reply from them reads:

Should you decide to visit us again, I would kindly ask that you please contact this office prior to your next stay at one of the Disneyland® Paris hotels. Upon hearing from you, we will contact the relevant Quality Managers and liaise with them to ensure a proper Disney welcome

Wonder what that may be????

We had this email before and had VIP passes for breakfast at SQL on our next stay.

My answer was different. It was something about nice stay.
 
We had something similar on one of our trips and on our return got a refurbished room, kettle in the room, free soft toy, chocolate coins and bottles of water.
 
Here, that's what my email says "..."In this way, I can liaise with the Quality Manager of your chosen Disneyland Paris hotel and ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. ..."
 
Had the same email from two different visits.


First time used it when we stayed at New Port Bay we were upgraded to admirals floor and had VIP breakfast.

Second time used it when we stayed at sequoia lodge. We had a lovely corner room huge with a huge balcony. DD had a little thumper waiting for her on the bed.

I have heard of plenty of people receiving nothing at all though so I wouldn't get your hopes up. That way you won't be disappointed if nothing happens.
 
We've never got anything...... And even when the trip after the complaint one included my oldests birthday and still nothing!!!!

We've never had any magic sprinkled in our hotel, regardless of birthdays or complaints :( Think we r just really unlucky!!!!
 
I'm not hoping for much really. Something would be nice. But my guess is our trip is way ahead and they will just forget about it.
They never did anything after I complained about online booking gone wrong. Not even "we are soooooooo sorry..." :lmao:
