On my highs and lows and on my TR of our last trip I stated how much disappointment SL was. And I intended to write a complain to DLP. So I did. I got a reply saying how sorry they are and how they value my feedback. And they regret to tell that I wrote them outside the period they could have done something, but "... Taking into account your disappointment, although I am unable to look into your concerns due to the delay in bringing them to our attention, I would like to ask that you contact me should you decide to return to stay at one of the Disneyland Paris hotels in the future. Once you have made a reservation, I ask that you contact me on any of the addresses below with your reservation number and the reference at the top of this email: ...".
