Do one time use points stay in your online point total -

Visible to use online if you happen to cancel one reservation and use them for another? I would phone into MS, but I would be afraid to get an erroneous answer. Just want to make sure that they don't go behind the scenes, call-in only, like transferred points.

Had a slight panic attack over OTU points a while back. Cancelled the reservation that originally used them. Later, I discovered "missing points"! WHAT??????? Finally remembered I had the OTU points and discovered that the "missing" points exactly equaled the number of OTU points I previously purchased. Nervously waited for MS to open, hoping there would still be availability.

All ended well and now I remember OTU points require a call to MS for everything except cancellations!
