Do not use CR for shopping

Last week I had enough points in my Account for a $25 Disney dollar redemption. This week the request for the Disney Dollars was reversed and 500+ points removed from my account so that I could not get the reward. I asked for an explaination and they said a purchase from 8/26/08 at disneyshopping.com was not accepted and that 2 others in last 6 months were still being investigated and might be reversed????? I click thru their site, send off the receipts and months later they reverse the points when I am ready to redeem....this is the 2nd time this has happened with them and stupid me I stayed with them.....anyway I just want to warn you about this and tell you to shop thru links else where. I have also used other sites for shopping and have never had this issue, so beware.

This has also happened to be several times with CR shopping & offers.
Credits were always reversed After I redeemed points so my reward would not get sent. I always clear everything on computer and only click thru their site and save all confirmation e-mails. Now I dont bother to do any offers or shopping through their site.

I still have the order from Disney 8/26/08...they gave me credit and now 8 months later they took the 500points away when I am trying to redeem for a reward and they are saying they are investigation others so they might reverse those 2... I would just say stay away from them , I have never had these problem with any other reward site that credited the transaction....this is 8 months later????and the other 2 are more than 3 month old for another 541 points. I hadn't been shopping with them much but wanted to get enough to cash out...and had forgotten about this problem (I just checked old email and this same thing happened back in 6/07).... so bad on me....I will now be clicking on their stupid site to get enough to get out.
Just wanted to warn others not to sign up or use them at all....there are many other good reliable sites....
