Do not try this at home!

I had a root canal done yesterday and am on pain meds for it. I was feeling pretty good this afternoon so thought I would get a few shirts made. I peeled the paper backing off my light colored transfer paper BEFORE ironing it on. I think I may have ruined my iron! I tried to clean it off but it's nasty looking.

So today's word of wisdom is this: Do not attempt to make T-shirts while under the influence of pain medications!

It is ruined! I was able to use it with parchment paper, but when I tried to iron a shirt for my husband, it stuck really bad. So I'm off to buy a new iron tonight!
