Just bought my APs online and I'm trying to link them to MDE. I'm getting Woody telling me to "Please wait while we complete your request. Do not refresh this page or hit the back button." Its been 20 minutes, should I just hit the back button and try again? Or does it usually take this long?

That’s not normal. I’d close the window and try again. Use Chrome Incognito or similar private browsing option when you log back in.
