For Philly, there aren't any great passes over the next 10 days. By great passes I mean two things.
A high magnitude (a more negative number) and a high max Altitude (remember 0 is the horizon and 90 is directly overhead). So a max altitude of only 24 degrees (July 20) is on the low side and could be blocked by buildings and tall trees.
