Okay, all of my ADRs are made for 6 people (myself, DH, my mom, and my 3 kids) BUT.... my youngest will be 2 and will not be on the dining plan & will be sharing food with us. Can I call back & change it to 5 instead? The gratuity included for parties of 6 or more is really going to suck for us...

Baby will count. They count living breathing people all at your table. Even if the baby is weeks old, it will still count towards your party size. Even if you tell them 5 when you make the ADR and walk in with 6, you will be counted as 6. There's no way around it. We are a party of 6 and know all too well that all will be counted. Our GD is 22 months now and she is part of our party size just like she was on her first trip last year when she was 3 months old.

yep, little ones count. However, if you pay the standard gratuity anyhow, it's not going to add on to your bill since you're not ordering extra food for her. The only difference is you don't have control to pay less than the 18% (is that what's currently charged?) unless you have a service issue and speak with a manager.
