Do multiple reservations combine into one when waitlists come through?

We started out with 4 reservation numbers for our trip in January due to going from OKW to BLT to times over the 7 days. We were waitlisted for BLT and one of those came through, so we only have the first 2 days at OKW. When I check the reservation number online for the first night of the stay at BLT, it only has one night listed instead of all 5. Is there just a lag in the reservation system? Will it eventually show all five nights? If the waitlist for the first 2 days comes through, will it combine into one reservation?

The isn't a lag. If your reservations/wait lists at BLT are all for the same people using the same type of room, MS will add the additional nights to the same reservation number.

Yes and No. We had 4 days at SSR then 4 Days at BCV. We wanted all BCV for the Food and Wine. So we wait listed 4 days at BCV. I called regularly and got the last day of my wait list added to our BCV so now we had 2 reservations 3 days SSR and 5 days BCV. I checked one day and all 8 days were BCV. But they did not add the 3 SSR to the 5 BCV I already had, they just changed the reservation. I now have 2 reservation numbers for BCV but they are linked together. From what I have been told, by MS, with them linked that meeans we get to checkin once and not have to check out in the middle and change rooms. But from what I have seen the ADR system considers this a split stay so I can only do the first 3 nights at the 90 mark online. Then I can call MS and they can do all 8 at the 90 day mark.

So to answer your question they will link the 2 numbers and DVC will consider it one number, but the online ADR system thinks it is 2 seperate.
