Do Mears still offer a shuttle to outlet malls from resorts?

I was just wondering, do Mears still provide a shuttle from the resorts to different destinations like outlet malls? I remember asking at the ASMO desk in 02, and they said that it was only once a week, and for a certain price, and I was wondering if they still offer it? I'd like to take a day during my Disney trip next Nov to check out the Disney outlet, and don't drive, and don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg for a cab if I don't have to.
