Do many attractions close before the park closing during peak seasons?

I was at WDW last August and enjoyed the longer hours since we normally go off season. We'll be there for spring break next year, the week before Easter. If history repeats, we'll get :Pinkbounc long hours, 2 Fantasmics/night, Spectro and Wishes (can't wait to see this!) each night, even late hours at AK, though not later at Epcot. :( So I'm thinking of doing the Fantasmic dinner package to get into the first show and then hitting a few more attractions before closing. In August, I remember many attractions, even shops closing before the parks closed, do they still do this during holidays?

Hi Laura, I've been in July for the last three years, and I've never seen any parks or shops closing before the POSTED closing time. I've been on rides at MGM right until 9PM and then they stop you, same with MK and EPCOT. Are you thinking of a MK E-Night? That's when they keep a few stores and 9 attractions open at MK. Or if you see a show such as Fantasmic or Illuminations which runs after the POSTED park closing time, you'll still be in the park, even though it closed already.
